Holmium Laser Prostate surgery (HOLEP)
This method is very popular since last 15 years. It is slightly expensive than TURP. And less expensive as compare to Green light laser surgery. It is more useful when prostate is very large in size. It is also relatively bloodless and very useful in high risk patients. Patient can be discharged in 2 days and has all advantaged of minimal access surgery. Dr. Peter Gillin (Newzeland) has popularized this method.
